Pros
They really spend their time with the hiring process and ensuring the new hire will mesh with the rest of the employees. The environment is fun to work in, and super relaxed. Being that were doing HUGE things at the company, the pressure isnt overwhelming.
Cons
The pay is terrible. A lot of turn over due to low wages. Lots of people leaving to go to a different company doing the exact same job with same responsibilities and a significant increase in pay. Job description doesn't exactly match what you end up doing. I haven't seen much promotion from within...
