The staff are lovely and the office has a nice vibe. Everyone is willing to help and the location of the office is great.

Can be super busy so can be a bit overwhelming at times, especially on the phones.

Easy system to use to can pick up the role fairly easily

Nasty management, letting management showed bullying behaviour towards younger members of staff. Using them to do all their dirty work
