No Advancement Despite Qualifications: I was repeatedly overlooked for promotions while others—often with less experience—were elevated due to their proximity to leadership. Leadership Lacks Accountability: Poor strategic decisions from the top directly contributed to the company’s instability. Those responsible have remained untouched while others paid the price. Toxic Favoritism: There's a pervasive culture of favoritism that protects a select few, often white men with personal ties to executives. This directly affects opportunities and recognition for Black employees and those in the LGBTQ+ community. Empty DEI Promises: Leadership often paid lip service to equity and inclusion, but in practice, marginalized voices were routinely ignored, sidelined, or dismissed.
