- Good engineering team, mostly everyone is friendly - Future centric - Teamwork focused - Varied work. You don't necessarily code 8 hours a day every day. - Good work/life balance
Cons
- Severely hampered by AAA, the overarching company - (AAA) Tried to keep us in the office when COVID started - All pro-employee policies during COVID were knee-jerk reactions to a mass exodus of talented engineers leaving for greener pastures - An executive basically said we are lucky to have a job during a company meeting to discuss - Gloomy mood in the office now
