I worked at the Club Pilates studio in East Montgomery and the Zelda Road Location of Montgomery, AL for almost a year. The owners are absolutely awful and only money hungry. These people only care about numbers and will do LITERALLY anything to get people in-- i was once told not to tell incoming people about the automatic withdraw from their funds after their new trial was up; we had a special going on. Once the members are in they do not care about them anymore. Same goes with the employees; I know myself and plenty other of employees that bent over backwards for these people and we were still treated horribly. The owners are ALL talk-about everything, the turn over rate at both locations are horrible because the workers get so tired of having to deal with how rude the owners are to everyone. They will get into your personal life, create unfriendly competition between employees, make promises to employees they cannot keep, create a hostile work environment, and have extreme boundary issues. The owners will even dismiss members from their memberships if they do not want them returning, they pick and choose whose teacher training they will pay for, slip cash under the table when they mess things up with employees, and are just completely shady about EVERYTHING. Commission is always wrong and they will take sales away from you. This is not a place you want to be. Run. Away.
