      Time, workplace. You can work everywhere and everytime you want. You have your own time and space

      Cons

      You didnt know when they are going to terminate you. They didnt offer a higher position for tenured agent.

      Pros

      I get to work when I want to and I always aim for the peak hours because that’s when you’ll get the most texts once you figure that out you can make pretty do some money

      Cons

      I only wish we could get paid sooner than a month lol but that’s OK. It’s not really a con. You just have to budget. That’s all.
