      Pros

      Expect excellent communication and coaching from team leaders and wonderfully fun collaborative work with other moderators. Best of all the pay is good and you have the freedom to choose your own working hours.

      None that I can see thus far.

      Pros

      I get to work when I want to and I always aim for the peak hours because that’s when you’ll get the most texts once you figure that out you can make pretty do some money

      Cons

      I only wish we could get paid sooner than a month lol but that’s OK. It’s not really a con. You just have to budget. That’s all.
