After the private acquisition, there has been lots of cost-cutting even when the Company is doing great in revenues. Employees have no say in their bi-yearly reviews. It is only the manager's decision. This promotes boot-licking culture which is a disadvantage for some very deserving people. No recent yearly increments, very few promotions and no hikes. They have replaced RSUs with SARs, which are not even worth peanuts and can not be redeemed. CEO stepped down recently without any proper reason. They communicate that everything is good but they do all things opposite of it. They are not as transparent as they used to be. Recently they have started 24*7 oncall schedules where you can be pulled into an escalation if you are oncall that week. Engineers are expected to work double time during long stretch without compensation for it.
