Pros
Not sure if there are any
Cons
This is essentially a body shop. There is no support from a career perspective. There are other companies have better placement services, get better rates and provide more onsite help for their consultants. Their business model is essentially to get a large number of gullible graduates straight out of college, create fraudulent resumes with fictional work history, and provide just enough training to get through an interview to get placed and take an outsize percentage of the earnings. As many consultants leave, they rinse and repeat with new graduates and with people stuck with them due to Visa sponsorship requirements. The benefits are virtually non-existent -- no paid vacations -- the health insurance plan is expensive and there is no employer contribution in their 401K plan.
