Everyone is willing to go out if their way to help others and get the job done.

Processes need to be improved.

No pros only cons . They don't even have basic sense, they think that the employees are slaves and the owners are extremely disrespectful.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. While I must say that the interviewers and a few HR team members were polite, professional, and genuinely supportive, the same cannot be said about the company’s ownership and leadership. Unfortunately, the way the company is run reflects very poorly on its management. The behavior and attitude of the owner, Utkarsh, made the environment feel disrespectful, unprofessional, and demotivating. Decisions seemed arbitrary, communication was unclear, and there was a complete lack of accountability at the top. It felt like the company culture was driven by ego rather than ethics or employee well-being. There is a lot of potential here because some of the people working inside the organization are good and capable, but that potential is completely overshadowed by bad leadership. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look beyond the interview process and do thorough research before joining.
