      The only advantage I could think of is the lack of a dress code

      Cons

      You'll have to figure out a political balance while judging the executive-level partners' moods as they are prone to mood swings. you could go from the best performer in their eyes to the worst in the blink of an eye. If you can't handle the politics, this isn't the place for you

      Thanks for emphasizing the feedback culture we are trying to inculcate. To make it a two-way traffic lane, we have the following mechanisms currently in place: 1. Quarterly town-hall meetings to solicit group feedback 2. Quarterly reviews that start with requesting individual feedback for management which is mutually documented 3. Semi-annual mandatory survey (conducted anonymously) with aggregated results and learnings shared with the group by the management 4. On-going Anonymous Feedback sharing form to safely share any suggestions with leadership It would be helpful if you can share your suggestions for any additional mechanism that would allow team members to share their feedback?

      Pros

      I started working here right out of university, wasn't really sure what I'm suppose to do my career. This place not only provided me with the exposure to the types of career paths I actually have but also trained me from pretty much scratch to be a Salesforce Developer and now en route to be a Consultant. My second biggest take away is their emphasis on soft skills which were a big need for me because being a CS grad my main concern was working on my technical skills. I didn't realize how important communication and other soft skills really are until I started my first internship.

      Cons

      You will be putting in a good amount of extra hours during crunch times, they do acknowledge you for this both financially and verbally but yeah do keep this in mind.
