      Pros

      Fully remote and my direct team was always good to deal with

      Cons

      With the merger of TIBCO to Cloud software group company culture and support has gone down hill. There are layoffs every quarter with no hiring to fill the gaps so current employees have to take on new responsibilities with no extra benefits. All my colleagues are compensated below market rate. No clear direction of where the company is going the last 3 years.
