Pros

- Work from home - Pays in Australian dollars

Cons

- Doesn't disclose in the interview that you will be working for them as an independent contractor so they can lowball you on your expected salary. - Doesn't disclose in the interview that you will be subjected to micromanaging "productivity" applications like Hubstaff where your screen, keyboard, and mouse movement will be closely monitored for eight hours. - Unreasonable daily work quotas that are fit for a job for two to three people. - Wants you to rely too much on AI and fires you for relying too much on AI on your writing. (Fix your internal system, it's fated to backfire, and it's the independent contractors who get the brunt of the impact!) - Doesn't provide proper training. - They are very sparing with giving you chances as you try to adapt to their work style for the first week of your work. - As an independent contractor, you have no rights whatsoever, thus, giving the company full reign in exploiting you for money. You have no benefits, no leaves, no health insurance, etc. Just your plain, lowballed salary. - No company equipment. Your own laptop's battery will get ruined in the long run as you try to meet the 8 hours of required work per day and they don't care if this happens to you. It's your problem whatever happens to your devices.
