Company failed after CEO and I were brought in.

- cool view from the elevators - made some friends with peers

- lots of reorganization - high turnover and a few layoffs - little empowerment to be the expert at your job - probably more than half the leadership team has turned over in the last two years - there are huge lines in pay, benefits, and freedom between the operations group and the other departments that creates a segmented culture and 'us and them' - business direction seems to be changing all of the time based on senior management knee jerk reactions and causing lots of confusion and extra work for employees - located behind a strip mall in glendale
