      Pros

      The work we are doing is good and we should continue the same and invest in technology and people at India office.

      Cons

      Company leadership team is very unprofessional. Been hearing about the HR doing unethical thing in the organization . Even when certain things are highlighted to the top management, it's just been ignored. It's time global team wakes up to check what is happening in Bangalore office. HR is doing quite a lot of unethical things and continues doing it openly. Very sad culture.

      Many opportunities for advancement. Company interested in developing their employees. Privately owned and operated by internal management. Consistent growth in size and market share for 20 years.

      Cons

      Routine growing pains associated with a mid-sized company. Some systems and processes better fit to a smaller company, but significant investments and updates are under way.
