      Lots of open-minded people to work with. Lots of extra-curricular/social activities, like football, nights-out, bowling, dinner and so forth and so on.

      Cons

      Cluesless management staff. Technical incompetence but yet very bombast and showy by some of the vast majority of the technical management team.
