Pros
The team I worked with was great! Everyone actually worked together to help each other out.
Cons
-Definitely not enough money for the responsibilities
-The better you do, the more responsibilities you get, with any recognition or talks about raises
-Consider commissions and part of the raises with more work - but not necessarily more money in commissions
-Clients can be difficult (which can be normal), but no support from upper management to ask them to see the situation in our perspective - as clients gives the company money so they are always right.
-When asked for support, it depends on the amount of work: even when you need help to get one area of the job done.
-Yearly review was coming up, no talks about the meeting, to what went well to what went bad, negotiations of what a salary increase would be.
