Nice uniform, company van, no more.

Terrible management, left to sit outside jobs at 6pm not knowing if you have another 3 hours drive. Saw other lads do 18 hour day and be expected to drive home rather than be booked digs. Neil speaks to all staff like dogs with 0 people skills. On average this year someone has been sacked every 3 weeks 🤯 expected to drive down to site every sunday for single rate. Finish earliest 6pm on a friday. Honestly the worst company ive ever seen. Not a bitter review, just a genuine one.

Travelling around the country. Company vehicle.

Poor management Management entice you in with promises which they do not adhere to. When contracts have ran out they make up exscuses to get rid of you. After ignoring for days when asking when you are next in work. 2 employees in 2 weeks. Holding back wages. Promised career opportunities which are false just to keep you onboard until job contracts are complete.
