A poor employment experience - Anonymous employee Climate Bonds Initiative Employee Review

Confusing contracts over working hours and very long days. Very high turn over of staff and in certain areas very toxic management. Trust is at an all time low and the treatment by my line manager in particular has caused future trust issues with future manager. Never have I ever gone into a position as a manager and had to prove my ability before being able to do my job I thought that was what an interview was for.
