Working at Clifyx as a Senior Technical Recruiter has been a very hands-on experience for me. If someone is serious about learning IT recruitment, this is the kind of place where you actually learn by doing every single day. I got exposure to end-to-end recruitment — sourcing candidates, working on US client requirements, coordinating interviews, and handling fast-moving hiring demands. The pace is high, but that’s also what helped me improve my sourcing skills and become more confident in dealing with different technologies and client expectations. The environment is performance-focused. If you are consistent and take ownership, you do get visibility and opportunities to handle better requirements. I also got to work with different tools and portals which really helped me understand how US staffing works in real time.
