ClientSuccess is a company that spends more time living it's values then talking about them. The culture is defined by the caring, supportive, hardworking, innovative and gritty humans that show up as their authentic selves everyday striving to do their best. This is the first time in my professional career where I have felt truly supported to do the work I was hired to do. My opinions are not only highly regarded, they are asked for, often. I have autonomy to do the right work with minimal oversight and never feel like I am being questioned, only supported. Collaboration across the whole business is par for the course. Everyone works together to ensure we are delivering an experience and product that will support the great work our customers need and want to do using our solution. Everyone feels safe to give and receive feedback which helps ensure we are all growing and learning all the time. Work is fun! The people are everything and make the experience here special. Cons
As with every startup change is the only constant. Priorities can and will shift as needed and with a smaller number of employees everyone needs to contribute at 110% to make sure we are moving in the right direction. Process and documentation are a work in progress. Gaps here make it difficult to onboard new employees and sometimes cause a breakdown in workflow.
