Excellent employet - Senior Consultant Client Solutions Employee Review

Having worked with Client Solutions for over 10 years I can happily say that it is a great place to work. There are some great opportunities for people interested in developing their career and who are willing and able to stand up and be counted. As with all companies the more you put in the more you will get out and this is definitely the case with Client Solutions. There is an open door policy with senior managers who sit amongst the other staff so are approachable and willing to assist with matters of any type. They can also be very flexible due to the nature of work in the IT industry, so if you have to work longer hours due to impending projects etc. you can take time off in lieu etc. There is a culture of respect so no matter what ideas/issues/challenges are raised they will all be handled in the right manner. All in all the best company I've worked for and staying there over 10+ years says it all!!

There are no particular negatives to point out with regards to working with Client Solutions.

Great company to work for. Atmosphere is professional and friendly with a strong focus on employee well being. Good opportunities to work with the latest technologies and personal training and development is encouraged and supported. I worked here for a number of years and then left to pursue a new opportunity. I can honestly say that I am very happy with my decision to return.

None except to say the free pastries on Monday are hard to resist when on a diet
