Pros
When I think about the pros of working at Client Server, my first thought is 'opportunity'. Almost from day one, as an entry-level consultant, I was given autonomy and responsibility. Client Server are very good at rewarding employees that display the characteristics that, frankly, I think make good people - a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and desire to be the best in all they do, honesty, integrity and doing right by others. The culture is mature but fun, there is genuine collaboration across the board whilst maintaining a competitive environment, senior management communicate well, and to employees at all levels, and Client Server is an ambitious company with a clear vision, but want to make sure that growth is sustainable and done in the right way. And if you have an idea/innovation, with a reasonably strong business case, senior management are very receptive and will help you implement it.
