Pros
I've been working at Clicktripz on the software development team for over 3 years now, and I can confidently say it's an ideal working environment for a developer.
1. It's remote-friendly, and developers get a chance to actually focus on their work.
2. There's no red-tape between teams, and no politics. If you have a good idea, you can push it to production within days.
3. The C-Level team prioritizes good life-balance. Project deadlines are always reasonable and rational.
4. The team is awesome. I haven't worked with a smarter group of engineers anywhere else.
5. The tech is cutting-edge. Everything is built on AWS, and the scale the company operates at is very impressive.
This list is not exhaustive, and there are a bunch of other things Clicktripz does to make an engineer's job more enjoyable. A complete suite of unit tests, dockerized microservices teams have full control over, minimal meetings, immediate feedback from ticket created => code deployed, etc...
Cons
The view from the Manhattan Beach office can be distracting (last week we saw a group of whales).
