Nothing, hire for 15 days unpaid trial, No job security, less compensation
Cons
Hired me on a fixed salary, full time employee and after 1 month working not paying me what decided at the time of joining. Now they are saying only pay based on work done and the number of backlinks created and approved by them according to there criteria and parameters. And this issue is faced by many past employees. The owner of the company did this thing with many of the innocent people and I am one of them. They are doing fraud, very unprofessional, unethical behaviour.
