Pros
The team they had worked really well together. They have good benefits and rewards. The product is respectable and they do claim an inclusive culture
Cons
They lie to their employees and they are not transparent with the customers. Especially about product release dates and they do not guide their employees on how to handle hard questions from customers when their public promises are not delievered. There is no transparency between management and their teams. It took a ton of feedback from teams to even get updates on when we would be switching SOPs because they would make all these sudden changes and not explain why or when it would be happening. They will push more and more from you until you've suddenly been laid off for cheaper labor and they brag about the cheap labor in the company meetings. It truly feels like if they can replace you with a very low wage worker in another country they will no matter how high up in the company you are or how well you have performed. The people who are still here are so scared to loose their jobs at any moment. There is no way to predict if you will have this job for long if you are hired. I've also watched many of my black sisters struggle to be taken seriously and paid properly. Also some in management will always have something to say if you come to them with candid feedback. It seems you have to be of a certain pay grade for that and they really aren't interested in hearing boots on the ground reports.
