Pros
As a Success Coach I was able to mentor members who were dipping their toes into the field running the gamut of age ranges as well as those with some experience from within and well outside of the industry. I was able to hone my teaching abilities and sharpen my technical skills while being afforded the flexibility on topics and scheduling.
Cons
There seemed to be quite a bit of turnover, but as folks grew their skillsets they were able to move on so can't fault them for that.
