Pros
-A lot of friendly supportive and committed employees -hopefully good intentions -relaxed work policies, and remote options available for some positions -mobility within the company to change roles/teams
Cons
-A lot of change and short term decision making -let people go regularly over the past year even before the COVID-19 layoffs -terminations come without warning and often explanation, people just disappear even at the "VP" level -a lot of promises of opportunity that arent lived up to -flying by the seat of their pants
