Think twice before accepting a job offer.
Cleveland Clinic does not stand by its physicians and support them, especially at times when there is a conflict between the physicians and the patients. They leave the physician totally alone and by himself. They have not increased the salaries and adjusted it based on inflation, despite a huge climbing inflation rate. Work environment is hostile, non-physician staff is being used to monitor physicians with their limited medical knowledge. There is a lot of bad-mouthing and talking behind your back and relaying false information to your supervisor through non-physician staff. It was the biggest mistake of my life to accept a job offer there. I do not recommend the Clinic for any physician who is looking for a physician-friendly work environment. They only care for their name, they do not care for their physician, especially if that physician is from a minority group.
