Pros
I am currently located at the former AK Steel HQ and have had 4 generations of family members work here. Now that Cleveland-Cliffs has acquired the company, it has improved more than I could've explained. The benefits are great, my team is supportive, innovative, and constantly finding new ways to add value to the company and the teams we support.
Cons
I have been here for almost 2 years and I haven't seen any concerns so far. The acquisitions of multiple big corporations cause tensions at times and miscommunication but that is expected and I believe the company is handling the harmonization well.
