Pros
Start up with about 50+ employees in house and across client locations and still growing. Process oriented organisation with a good vision. Encourages the employees to learn new dimensional and cross functional technologies to improve their skills. Work - Life balance is good. No much work pressure. Friendly environment. New Products and projects are lined up.
Cons
Not much to say except the fact that the employee attrition is rate is high compared to the other MNCs.
