Pros

Clearing is full of talented, smart, and kind people. Our team is passionate about the mission and want to build something great. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and I truly believe this is going to be a very successful company. Our exec team is considerate of the fact that people have things going on outside of work, and they want to foster a culture with a good work life balance.

Cons

We have never worked in an office together (due to covid) but the team is looking into having a space in the near future.

Pros

- Wonderful co-workers - Great mission - Rewarding work environment - Amazing learning experience

Cons

I hesitated writing something on Glassdoor about my experience but I cannot, in good faith, let someone walk into a role at this company without knowing what could happen to them. I really loved my time at Clearing UNTIL the very end. The minute I told them I was leaving, they completely flipped on me and stopped treating me like a human being. The minute you're no longer useful to them, buckle up. They seek to uphold a culture of secrecy and control. I now recognize that what I experienced there was real trauma that I'll probably always carry with me. The company is working on a wonderful mission, but I'm convinced that leadership is hellbent on self-imploding from within. I hope they start treating their people better because if not, they will continue to lose incredible talent. At this point, all I want is peace after what I experienced there, but just know that before you accept a job here, ask tough questions, question why others have left, and speak to current employees. Good luck.
