Pros
1. Office hours start from 10am, can sleep late 2. Near to MRT
Cons
1. Management provides minimal support or training — they throw you into the deep end and expect you to figure everything out yourself. Wonder if there’s real management left at this point? 2. You’re expected to multitask across multiple departments — HR, Marketing, Finance, Audit, etc. This causes major confusion over reporting lines and leaves employees overworked and overwhelmed. Most don’t leave on time. 3. The boss constantly changes his mind and direction, doesn’t track his own promises, and shifts the blame onto employees. Super toxic and unstable environment, greatly affect mental well being. 4. High turnover rate. He likes to lay off staff at random. He may treat you well at first, but once he decides your role isn’t directly profitable, he throws you like a used doll. There is no new HQ staff in SG now :) because everyone runs or being layoff :) 5. Do not review or confirm staff on time. Even the probation period is 3 months, he avoids at all cost to review employees on time. Most of the employees being reviewed after 4, 5, 6 or even after 9 months- just so he can avoid giving salary increments he promised. 6. The boss barely shows up. He only comes to the office on Saturdays when no one’s around, selectively signing documents — a massive bottleneck for productivity and collaboration. You want to progress, but you can’t, because he wants to control everything — and fails to do so properly. 7. Very messy communication system, mostly use WA and hard to retrieve important information. 8. Fake reviews. Many positive reviews here are fake because employees are told to leave them as part of their confirmation process. Hahaha please don’t get cheated 9. Malaysians, stay away. They make you sign a bond of $5k–$10k. The layoff risk is insanely high, and breaking the bond becomes your problem :) 10. This company is not a place for growth. If you’re capable, they’ll take advantage of your skills instead of helping you thrive. Avoid at all costs. Worst company ever.
