Pros

Not much experience is needed prior to working here so it is a good place to start. There also aren't really any full time employees so interns get a lot of hands on experience. And the role you play can be tailored to your interests which is a huge plus. You are an important part of the company, not just a number.

Cons

No real full time employees and interns are not paid. Make sure you set your schedule that works for you, don't put in too much time because you will be used as much as you claim to be available

Pros

nothing nothing nothing ... I did realize that maybe marketing and event planning isn't for me. she made me despise it

Cons

honestly... too much too type. just so much anxiety working here. the owner is just so bi polar, rude, mean and lives off of free labor. she has no idea how to work with people or operate a business. all the interns hated her and only stayed because of credit and she took advantage of that. I still can't get over how abusive she was to us... I wish I had a camera and video taped her. she doesn't train you and automatically assumes that you can get on a phone and call random people and know exactly what to say to every question they have. she does not have paid employees so she lives off of her interns. however, if you get a vendor she does give you a percentage... but I didn't even get one vendor and the money didn't equal the hard work. pretty sure it's illegal to have interns work for free over 15 hours... unless they want to and don't feel emotionally or mentally pressured to. I had a real job outside of the internship which she mentioned that they should accommodate because she's giving me enough hours to work there. just stay away... no joke...
