Pros

Strong female leadership in a male-dominated industry. Fair and honest leadership in management positions, education and growth-oriented leaders. CEO may be quick to speak, but is also quick to smile, take responsibility when wrong, and help out on any level. Entrepreneurial spirits are encouraged and new ideas welcome. Hard work is appreciated, "yes men" and the unmotivated are not valued. Management works hard to bring the benefits worthy of a company 10x this size.

Cons

The company is growing very fast and is experiencing growing pains -- need more time to work out. Most processes between departments still need to be defined to make it easier to work in them. The CEO is intense but is also the first to offer help -- is truly interested in the welfare of her team. Company has outgrown the building but isn't ready to move.

Pros

Great atmosphere and wonderful people. They have a card that covers most insurance costs making our benefits package much more useful.

Cons

The facility that I work in is slightly understaffed.

Pros

Getting hired at Clear Align was easy, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing people. I truly enjoyed the colleagues I worked with.

Cons

At Clear Align, it quickly became "CLEAR" that many of my colleagues shared the same sentiment. I was constantly reminded that I had made a mistake by joining the company, which was unsettling. Though I was only there for a short time, I frequently heard negative comments about the owner and the toxic environment. Whenever I asked for clarification, the response was always the same: 'You'll find out,' accompanied by a knowing smirk. And I did. The owner proved to be extremely difficult to work for. 'Micro-managing' didn’t even begin to describe it. The constant yelling and condescending remarks created a hostile and unprofessional atmosphere. I knew I had to leave. One piece of advice: do not advocate for yourself. Doing so could result in termination or retaliation by the owner.
