Good everything is good nothing bad

It is so encouraging to be working as part of a close-knit team that pull together to make a very real difference in people's lives. My job is varied and fascinating. The training I received on joining was comprehensive yet realistic; at no point was I left floundering - or bored! I feel supported by management and co-workers alike, I really do love my job. We all work remotely, yet there are systems in place where we connect and genuinely build together - I am surprised at how well it works.
