      Plenty of work and overtime is always available if your willing to work it schedule is good 5am to 2pm or 2pm to 8pm flexible schedules

      Cons

      No pto and no paid vacation for hourly employees.only salary employess get pto and paid vacation there is no 401k matching,insurance is decent

      - free snacks - free water bottles

      Cons

      - insane working hours (5:45am-5pm or later) - rude and disrespectful management - poor pay - no 401k match for a huge company - recently acquired by a private equity firm with no benefits increase to staff - poor work quality for what claims to be a premier landscaping company
