Business outlook

Pros

Many nice people work here, and there's a good amount of support and resources to train you up. The compensation and benefits are far better than the industry average. Lots of opportunities for growth and promotions if desired.

Cons

If you're not in St. Louis or Phoenix, the culture is a pretty mixed bag. The Chicago office is very outdated and dingy, and the free lunch offered through a catering company is terrible. You visit the St. Louis office and it's essentially a corporate palace with private chefs, and Phoenix has a golf simulator. Chicago is technically the HQ but you wouldn't guess it when you walk off the elevator. They also LOVE to be in the office 4-5 days a week, which wouldn't be so bad if the space wasn't so depressing.
