Pros
Excellent benefits. Managers of the Service Center are great to work for. Good work/life balance accepted. Respectful to the employee as a person and not just a number.
Cons
Some of the corporate management makes the job harder than it needs to be. Not enough training to do the job the way it should be done. Business is very up and down so hours are not consistent.
