      Given independence and management responsibilities over the sites your providing IT Support for. Support given by all in the organisation no matter their role , everyone is approachable.

      Cons

      Would like all holidays to be paid. Currently no ability to provide remote support.

      Pros

      I enjoy working with the team and feel supported when I need it. My managers are flexible and fair, and we all work well together. As the company grows, I’ve been given opportunities to develop and contribute in areas where we can improve, which has been rewarding.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the business, the role involves a fair amount of travel.
