Pros
At other organizations I've worked at, the "core values" were just a fake "Rah-rah-rah" rally cry, not something that people actually believed (let alone lived in their day to day actions). Classkick is different in that they actually care about the core values, and all the employees live them in daily life. It's all about focusing on people and working toward justice, and Classkick does more than I've seen any other for-profit company do to actually strive forward with those values as a guide.
Cons
As a startup, there are still growing pains. There are a lot of things that we're figuring out and making up as we go along. If you're looking for a well established company that has everything together, ready made for your consumption as an employee, you should not join Classkick in 2022. But if you're the kind of person that just wants to fix the problems you see around you, you have all the autonomy you need and this con is actually a pro.
