      Pros

      It was a great company at one time. It was not like the other MSO shops. They had a good environment and it felt alot less corporate. Pay was good and they 2anted to keep employees.

      Cons

      Like most MSO shops now. Toxic work culture same as the rest now. Set you up for failure then demote you when you do not suceed. Hard to succeed when give no chance. Overload you with work in a understaffed location then wonder why things are not working. They
