Joined 90 days ago and already feel like I made the right call. Leadership is passionate in a real way, not performative, and it sets the tone across every department. The work is hard, but to disrupt and positively impact an important industry as healthcare, it’s the kind of hard that is worth it. Clasp just announced going fully remote in Q4 2026 and is doing it with soo much intentionality and care to drive almost more ways for team member connection and collaboration.

Remote, the team is amazing and wish I could spend real time with everyone more frequently. Other than that, just a few basic startup pains… some processes are still growing and adapting. But the team is not rigid and prioritizes what makes sense.
