I enjoy working with the adolescent clients.

Cons

The pay isn't satisfactory, and the company lets their employees do what they want. They can come in late, they can wear inappropriate clothing, and they spend their day on their phones, instead of helping the staff that is actually working. No repercussions for their actions.

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
