Pros

Office culture can be great as long as you stay out of the drama. Working with clients can be rewarding. Dental & vision insurance is good and taking days off is encouraged so you don't burn out. Have support from leads without being micromanaged. Can learn alot which can prepare you for other careers

Cons

Low pay, can burn out if you don't care of yourself, clients can be challenging, training needs to improve, documentation & deadlines are challenging to meet. Lots if red tape when it comes to county and company rules. Insurance is PPO, pay so much out of pocket. No way to move up unless you get your masters

Thank you for alerting us to your experience in Santa Ana. While we’re glad that you enjoy the professional development, lead support, and some of the benefits, we realize this field can be difficult with deadlines, regulations, and federal and state contract pay rates. We emphasize self-care and taking time off to not burnout, as you mentioned, and hope you are utilizing these tactics fully for your personal wellbeing. We encourage you to speak with management about any additional trainings that would benefit your position as we are always looking for way to improve. Thank you for being a valued team member!

Pros

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
