      The work is rewarding if you are looking for the intrinsic value.

      Cons

      They are not honest about the number of hours an employee will actually receive. Some of the employees are not earning a full-time check while they are constantly hiring. The turnover rate is terrible.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
