Terrible supervisors and director. They showed very little compassion towards clients and would ignore red flags and safety issues. Very unprofessional during supervision and in the work setting in general. Director was impersonal and made clients feel uncomfortable when the director would come to work sites. Additionally, very low pay for the amount of work and education required.
