Pros
The services they provide to the community are very much needed and the good majority of the staff genuinely cares about the population they serve.
Cons
Upper Management does not make employees a priority. They have unfair and inconsistent policies and never own up to mistakes when they are made. The employees are the ones that suffer in the long run....
