We appreciate feedback regarding the lack of collaboration and communication. We are committed to enhancing our internal communication channels, including our monthly newsletters (CSH Connect) and firm-wide SPM meetings, to ensure better collaboration and teamwork.
Regarding recognition and support for our hardest-working employees, we are deeply concerned that you feel these efforts are not adequately acknowledged. We aim to create a culture where all contributions are valued and celebrated. Our biannual performance evaluations, as well as full utilization of the Trakstar platform, are designed to recognize and reward achievements fairly, and we will reflect on your feedback to improve this process further.
We want to reassure you that we're not just acknowledging your feedback but actively working on it. We're committed to integrating better communication and transparency into our management practices to drive better outcomes and foster a more cohesive and supportive work environment.
