Pros
The people! Gossip, toxicity and unfriendly behavior is not accepted or tolerated at all. The culture is one of encouragement and humor. I look forward to going to work every single day. I worked for Yale University for 22 years, didn't realize how completely toxic and stressful it was until I came here.
